We provide Espresso and Smoothie Bars for any occasion – business events, staff appreciations, and wedding receptions to name a few. Our espresso bars are exactly that, a full bar serving hand crafted espresso drinks, lattes, teas, hot chocolate, and hot brewed regular coffee. Our smoothie bars consist of premium fruit smoothies and coffee smoothies.
A Cup Above is a family and friends business founded by Doyle and Debbie Lowery. Doyle’s passion for coffee began in Panama, after experiencing his first cappuccino in a local coffee house. Over the years he enjoyed tasting different coffees and searched for that perfect bold blend without the bitterness.
The Lowerys started the coffee catering business in June 2005 – serving their first event at a local community theater production their kids were in. They provided drip coffee and smoothies during the intermission and quickly became a hit!
19 years later, A Cup Above has grown into a multi-espresso and smoothie bar operation. Serving throughout Indiana and, on several occasions, neighboring states. Thanks to the wonderful people requesting A Cup Above, we’re able to serve more people every year. 2023 was no exception with 521 events!
From the very beginning, Doyle and Debbie have had a passion for serving people. Combining that with Doyle’s enthusiasm for great coffee, it is our mission to bring the enjoyable, coffee shop experience directly to you.
